1. Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team's performance aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading, mentoring, and training a team of Sales Executives.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance and team productivity.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

2. Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire property buying process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads.
  • Conducting site visits and presenting property options to clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.

3. Telecaller (Real Estate)

Job Description: As a Telecaller at Lionyard, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients and explaining project details.
  • Handling inbound inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.
  • Maintaining and updating customer database (CRM).
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Following up with prospects to ensure successful conversions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12th pass, Graduation preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Ability to explain real estate project details clearly and confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM handling).
  • Fresher candidates are welcome, but experienced telecallers will be given preference.
