Job Description: As a Telecaller at Lionyard, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients and explaining project details.
Handling inbound inquiries and providing accurate information.
Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Maintaining and updating customer database (CRM).
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Following up with prospects to ensure successful conversions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass, Graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Ability to explain real estate project details clearly and confidently.
